• Another four hours and i’ve finished foiling.

  Progress has slowed on the piece because i’ve been putting in a new door and molding in our bathroom. SUCK IT.

  4 more hours into the project… This is what is looked like when i finished the glass. Here’s the next step. Solder doesn’t stick to glass, so we use this copper tape. It’s a little thicker than the glass, so it can be wrapped around its edges. The inside of it can be copper, silver, or black, which is the part of it you’d see if you look at the inside edges of the lighter glass pieces. Here’s a blurry [...]
